The hospital requires and software that can be used as a surgical simulator for Laparoscopic surgery, the software is required to have AI and machine learning capabilities to keep learning from the different operations that have been done in the time and be able to provide support to advise to doctor (Surgeons) while they carry out the same operations in the simulator.

The software then grades the performance of the doctors bases on their previous attempts and then suggests possible ways for them to improve where necessary.
