- While I was still the Business Development Legal Associate of UpEnergy Group, I was instrumental in the overseeing the corporate set up of the subsidiaries in countries like Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania, Malawi and Burundi. My role was to setup subsidiaries and ensure that these countries and ensure that there is legal compliance of these new subsidiaries with the existing legal regime in place.
- In my grant responsibilities ive secured UpEnergy Group up to 3,000,000 Euros in 2 years.
