Accomplishments

  • I participated in developing the Uganda office's first administration risk matrix, which was incorporated organization-wide totally cubing previous incidents like office break-ins, and loss of organizational monies because of gaps in the procurement practices.
  • I spearheaded forming the first competent standing procurement committee at STIR Education-Uganda office in 2018, a move that saw the organization cut costs by 35,000EUR within one year.
  • I collaborated with the team while at the bank and increased bank revenue by USD 20,000 to the Bank’s annual income through Money Transfer Transactions
