Position required to screen children 0-17 years who have tested HIV positive their vulnerability then make a referral to the Orphans and Vulnerable children program implementer.

following up on the enrolled beneficiaries on their appointment dates, tracking their viral load, providing psychosocial support and as well providing adherence counseling to all the beneficiaries enrolled onto the program. conducting home visits to those beneficiaries identified.
