Accomplishments

    I am a pioneer employee of OSHE who caused institutional transformation and culture change in NAKILAT company based in Qatar on shores of Alkhol where oil and gas are explored, managed to reduce accidents from 3340 in year 2017 to a record of 195 in year 2018. I Set minimum waste levels per section, which ultimately caused a break through to profitability in 2018 after 2 years of losses, evaluated over 50 contract bids, established safe systems of work to company include among others; risk assessments, permit to work system, tool box meeting, employee and contractor safety induction and developing of safe work policies etc.


    Am an experienced,First Aider & Fire Fighter trainer / coach, I have trained Assistant superintendents’ officers from (FFU) attached to Uganda police force in areas of occupational health and safety and lectured students of EISMAT I was evaluated as an experienced and knowledgeable trainer by trainees.
