Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, and currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Informatics, focusing my research on "Developing a Mental Health Diagnostic Support System Using Machine Learning Algorithms." With over four years of experience as an Assistant MEL/Data Manager at MAPRONANO ACE, I have honed skills in data analysis, management, project evaluation, and reporting. I led projects such as gender mainstreaming in secondary schools, industry outreach for the manufacturing sector, and baseline surveys for medical plastics and ceramic raw materials, contributing to measurable improvements in these areas. In addition to my role at MAPRONANO ACE, I have worked on several freelance projects that enhanced my MEL expertise. These include the IR4DTB Mobile TB Clinic Study for the Ministry of Health, where I was responsible for designing MEL frameworks and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of mobile TB clinics. I also contributed to the Digital Financial Services Survey with the World Food Program, where I supported data collection and analysis to evaluate the impact of financial services on vulnerable populations. Furthermore, I played a role in the Strengthening Chain Management Supply project with Management Sciences for Health, focusing on data-driven evaluation and capacity-building initiatives. I excel in preparing progress reports, conducting M&E field visits, and managing data collection within the Management Information System (MIS), and I am eager to leverage these skills to support project implementation and enhance data-driven decision-making.
