• Established and implemented a comprehensive organizational M&E system that all projects and the organizational strategic plan.
• Supported development of data collection tools and supported regular data collection of programme and strategic plan Key Performance Indicators(KPI).
• Coordinated designing and conducting of all programme surveys evaluation such as 2 baseline surveys, 3 mid-term evaluations, 3 End-line 4 budget studies.
• Developed adata quality management system that ensured proper programme data planning, data timeliness, validity and reliability. The adoption of Commcare systems in addition to the Webmo ensured beneficiary databases were well maintained and eased data analysis and reporting.
• Ensured monthly, quarterly and bi-annual data reporting to the donor by providing high-quality project performance results according to KPI.
• I supported effective programme planning by ensuring that data collection tools, work plans, and impact and documentation tools are developed and utilized efficiently to track and monitor KPIs at all levels of the process, output and outcome.
• Supported regular review meetings where Programme performance, successes, Challenges, good practices and lessons learnt were shared. These reviews provided potential solutions to the problems and earmarked synergies and good practices that supported improvement.
• Regular field monitoring visits to all projects were made and monitoring findings generated recommendation for quality implementation. These also provided opportunities of enhancing documentation of good practices and lessons learned.
• Supported the development and implementation of the knowledge management framework
• Coordinated and facilitated staff capacity building in monitoring and evaluation and developed MEAL training materials and guide for the organization.
• Led the midterm evaluation of A4HU strategic plan and currently spearheading the review process and development of the new strategic plan 2023-2027
• Provided technical assistance through building project logical frameworks, theories of changes and other M&E components during grant proposal development
• Worked closely with management teams to plan, develop, coordinate and execute technical strategies aligned to organisational vision and the four strategic goals of the organization.

· Tasked to ensure overall project quality assurance in the three countries of Tanzania, Kenya and Ethiopia of SHAPE and Youth 4 Health Projects

· Provide technical guidance on Budget study analysis, Community score card, and public expenditure tracking methodologies and ensure high-quality evaluation in Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania

· Support the development of the budget analysis tool kit for the Youth 4 health Project in Africa

· Ensure capacity building for all DSW staff in Eastern Africa on monitoring and evaluation as well in the web-based monitoring

· Ensure high qualities of M&E reports to the donor

· Support regular review and performance meetings with all countries

· Support the proposal development, especially the logical framework for both African, German and EU advocacy projects that are being scaled up.

· Collect feedback from Webmo for the SHAPE II grant and support the system on areas for improvement

· Support the country office on the development of fact sheets for advocacy

· Build a relationship and roll out support to Youth4Health Zambian partners

· Support the customising of the FP handbook for the project teams

• Monitored the implementation of DREAMS interventions in Mityana, Bukomansimbi, and Sembabule districts
• Conducted weekly support supervision and monitoring visits and ensure that the district coordinators follow the DREAMS implementation strategy (Peer-led Modal) and work plan
• Ensured quality of Contraceptive mix services being provided to AGYW and create the profile for each beneficiary
• Supported regular monitoring of standard indicators, activities and outputs of the SCOPE programme as part of quality control and accuracy procedures
• Ensured the Family planning HMIS registers are well updated with data from outreaches and camps
• Developed relevant data collection tools for proper data documentation and analysis
• Provided grounded level coordination of collaborating District Health teams, CBOs (MACODEIN, BACHI,
• GICAI & SEDAWUD), FP peer champions and other stakeholders in the two DREAMS districts to Ensure proper project data collection, mobilisation, Linkage and referral, service uptake and follow-up for FP MIX and condom utilization services
• I lessons learned, best practices, take activity photos, document success stories from project areas, evaluate and provide evidence-based information, case studies and other high-quality, results-based documentation
• Organise and conduct M&E training programs for MOD and collaborating FP champions
• Update the project data in the MOD database and the UGANDA DRAMS TRACKING SYSTEM (UDTS) electronic information system
• Spearheaded weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on Family planning and condom utilisation among AGYW and their partners to MOD, project funders and other Stakeholders
