  • Established and implemented a comprehensive organizational M&E system that all projects and the organizational strategic plan.
  • Supported development of data collection tools and supported regular data collection of programme and strategic plan Key Performance Indicators(KPI).
  • Coordinated designing and conducting of all programme surveys evaluation such as 2 baseline surveys, 3 mid-term evaluations, 3 End-line 4 budget studies.
  • Developed adata quality management system that ensured proper programme data planning, data timeliness, validity and reliability. The adoption of Commcare systems in addition to the Webmo ensured beneficiary databases were well maintained and eased data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensured monthly, quarterly and bi-annual data reporting to the donor by providing high-quality project performance results according to KPI.
  • I supported effective programme planning by ensuring that data collection tools, work plans, and impact and documentation tools are developed and utilized efficiently to track and monitor KPIs at all levels of the process, output and outcome.
