• Researched new ideas for programs and activities, taking into consideration participants' suggestions,introduced the first
  university marathon where we came together to fundraise for operations of children with disability at CORSU hospital and also pioneered the first blood donation in the Nkumba university in order to save lives.
• Prepared publications such as flyers and brochures to promote and publicize recreational activities to participants and volunteers,mobilized the first ever medical camp where over 256 patients were treated in the general clinic, family planning taught.
• Assisted with patient hygiene, physical comfort, eating, and drinking, and mobility while observing and reporting specific changes during medical camps conducted in the community.
• Maintained clean environment with due consideration to health and safety issues and infection control policy.
• Planned and promoted successful projects on both club and country level for example our annual Dental camps and medical camp where we treat over 500 people for different illness like malaria, cough, flu and infection plus mentorship of students in school where I teach about personal hygiene and sexual education as at our last concluded Ebenezer Children's home Wakiso in Bushenyi district.
• Compiled monthly activity program calender to distribute to residents and staff,participated in the mentorship
  of 300 students as I taught about personal hygiene, safe days and use of pads hence bridging knowledge gap and reducing teenage pregnancy.
• Recruited, coordinated, and trained 30 volunteer fundraisers for example Break a leg. our major club fundraiser aimed at getting funds for our signature Project and medical health camps.
  helping children in Bombo heritage children center where we distributed clothes, planted 100 fruit trees, distributed benches, 5000 litres water tank.
• Facilitated regular meetings with volunteers to provide feedback and discuss improvement opportunities.
• Developed and maintained relationships with local organizations to identify volunteer opportunities and resources.
