As an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and project risk management, I offer a wealth of expertise gained from working with various non-governmental organizations in the humanitarian and development sectors across multiple countries.


My proficiency in outcome harvesting and outcome mapping methodologies, coupled with software skills such as Power BI, Mural, Podio, and Adobe InDesign, enables me to provide accurate and efficient project monitoring and evaluation. I possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while working both independently and as part of a team.


I am now seeking a challenging position that offers opportunities for growth and career advancement. With my extensive experience and skills gained from working in countries such as Mozambique, South Africa, and Uganda, I am confident that I can make a valuable contribution to any organization.

  • Built capacity of CHARM-Africa consortium colleagues to utilize Outcome Harvesting methodology effectively. This enabled them to produce progress and donor reports with greater accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conducted evaluations using mixed approaches that were instrumental in determining funding for next phases of the consortium. This involved working closely with stakeholders to identify key indicators and develop evaluation frameworks that aligned with organizational goals.
  • Developed training programs and materials to support implementation of Outcome Harvesting methodology across the consortium. This included creating user-friendly guides, conducting workshops and training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that colleagues had skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality reports.
  • Developed monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track impact of CHARM consortium's activities.   • Spearheaded development and roll-out of a robust accountability system for South Sudan Refugee Response in West Nile and South West, which improved relationships with beneficiaries by implementing four pillars of accountability in accordance with World Vision International standards.
  • Managed and supervised team of Complaint and Response Mechanism Assistants in West Nile, resulting in proper reporting and tracking of beneficiary complaints and feedback, and accurate and timely information being shared with beneficiaries to enhance accountability to affected populations.
  • Developed digital data collection and reporting tools using Kobo Toolbox, which improved reporting using GIS and analyzing data using SPSS, leading to swift reporting because field data was shared in real time and analyzed instantly on bi-weekly basis.
  • Ensured organization was well represented in humanitarian accountability-related working groups and forums at national and global levels, liaised with sector leads and portfolio/grant managers to mainstream humanitarian accountability within project, and ensured central database was maintained to document complaints and feedback received from all channels and updated and utilized on daily basis.
