    I ensured to strengthen nutrition sensitive approaches through establishment and maintenance of a demonstration garden at the heath facility that has been acting as a learning site to more than 100 clients that were supported to replicate at their homes to prevent malnutrition in a period of 12 months.

    Supported Padrombo Seed Secondary school in Koboko to establish 1(one) nutrition club and ensured that key messages are passed monthly, and IEC materials were provided to enhance learning.

    Facilitated and or supervised 5(five) care group sessions/ meetings and ensured that they are operating as per the SOPs.

    Identified 2(two) Adolescent mother champions that have acted as change agents in enhancing social behavioral change in the community

    Developed and consistently updated the SFP client database monthly.

    Ensured complete and effective linkage of 47 Clients to FSL/Resilience, WASH and other established support systems and sectors in a period of 12 months.
