  • Secured new customers from Amsterdam and UAE for Brookveg's farm produce.
  • Developed a Planting and Harvesting Program which was integrated into Brookveg's accounting and financial models for better forecasting.
  • De-escalated a high-value client's complaint regarding a product outage, retaining their 250,000 Euros contract.
  • Reduced audit review turn around time from two to one month.
  • Was the Chief Liaison on a successful Farm Work and Industrial Buildings Deductions (FWD & IBD) KRA (Kenya Revenue Authority) audit.
