  • Organized six staff team-building events, whose aim was to improve the professional working relationship between the political and technical staff
  • Encouraged the business in Kawempe Division and property owners to paint, pave, and renovate their buildings; 95 percent of Bombo Rd and Nabweru Rd were paved, properties were renovated, and painted
  • Initiated and coordinated a total overhaul of the Kawempe Division office renovation in order to reflect a corporate image and brand
  • Overhauled the entire outlook and aesthetic of the Division offices by greening the compound with grass, trees, and flowers, as well as constructing walkways
  • Initiated the reconstruction of the fence with a chain link to beef up the security of the Division Offices
  • Requested and repaired a station wagon from the yard using office imprest to enable officers to carry out their duties effectively
