• Retrieving required forms from the system.
• Ensuring captured biometrics of individuals in accurate and of good quality.

• Roles and Responsibilities;
• Conduct research and collect data
• Observe existing strategies and techniques and offer suggestions for improvement
• Be tasked to different workshops with a view of gaining practical experience in new work zones
• Observe health and safety guidelines at all times
• Compile reports and deliver presentations to staff members and other stakeholders as and when required.
• Carry out high established research techniques for the company.

· Monitor process flow parameters and make sure they are in conformity with the technical data

· Report production line maintenance failures to the Maintenance Manager and ensure production line is reliable.

· Assist in planning and executingproduction target milestones as received from chief engineer

· Assist in preparing updated process schedules showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities

· Carry out in process and end product quality inspection together with lab technician.

· Plan manpower distributions prioritizing urgent tasks

· In collaboration with the stores’ manager ensure raw materials are availed for production.

· Supervising the installation of new equipment or manufacturing processes of products.

· Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality.

Roles and Responsibilities;
• Chair the safety committee.
• Plan and procure safety equipment and PPEs
• Monitor daily production and make a weekly and monthly report regarding workplace safety.
• Record, Report and investigate all incidents, accidents and near misses.

Participation in sample preparation of rock and soil sampling(Mineral Dressing laboratory).

Participation in rock cutting and identification of rock types in the petrological laboratory.

Participation in rock and mineral ores analysis in the assay laboratory
