I am a trained appraiser with over 10 years’ experience in appraisal practice, research and analysis. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Economics awarded by Makerere University 2014, and a Master of Science degree in Land Management and Land Tenure awarded by Technical University of Munich. I also hold a Master of Science degree in Business Administration awarded by Munich University of Applied Sciences. My previous practice and areas have been focused on real estate valuation and investment, portfolio analysis and strategy for both traditional and untraditional real estate asset classes in Uganda and Europe. I have also peer reviewed articles and published in this area in international journals and conferences namely.

This required conducting essential functions related to portfolio oversight, asset management, real estate market research and forecasting.
  • January-December 2019 Researcher and Analyst: Trend Scouting and Strategic assessment of global built environment and real estate innovations in the areas of research and valuations, building scaling the production through connecting with the corporate entities.
  • February – December 2018 Analyst, Global Real Estate Investment Strategy: Conceptualization and design of real estate investment index for Global Allianz entities seeking exposure to the real estate sector as an asset class.
