Accomplishments

Designed and developed monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and plans for various health projects including RHITES-N Acholi and LPHS Acholi. Used different digital platforms like DHIS2, Power BI, Kobo collect, Google Forms and ODK to do data collection and analysis. Led the digitization of tools like SIMS Assessment, KP Hotspot mapping, and HIS Assessment Tracker. Conducted several geographic information system (GIS) analyses and used advanced Excel skills to create useful dashboards for data visualization for progressive performance Monitoring at project and district levels. Participated in the design and implementation of the HIV Client audit tool both at the facilities and incorporation into the Uganda EMR System for automation.
