Employee Relations, Payroll and Welfare management; Accountable for managing the payroll and providing advice on matters relating to pay and other forms of compensation, such as benefits and promotions. As Project Head, worked with Federal, State and County officials to implement United States Dept. of Justice Mandate to transition individuals out of State Hospitals into communities in Georgia. Managed Group Home operations across the State of Georgia, providing direction, leadership and supervision of professionals and other staff.

• Analyzed financial performance of area by monitoring budgets and expenses, reviewing financial statements and recommending appropriate actions.
• Created and managed execution of store business plans to drive KPI results and maximize business opportunities.

• Counseled up to 5 patients weekly with issues such as mood disorders, PTSD and anxiety.
• Developed and implemented intensive individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior and other psychosocial issues.

• Responsible for 24 hour, 365-day operation of 10 state operated residential programs providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Oversaw a staff of 120+ employees and a multimillion annual dollar budget
