I am a seasoned Laboratory Manager with a specialty in marketing, sales and procurement of laboratory diagnostics. I have prevailed in this field at institutional and private levels, building my capacity in purchasing and inventory of laboratory equipment, laboratory staff management, plus marketing and selling of diagnostic kits for the past six years. My progressive experience has driven revenue growth and market penetration in various laboratories. Notably, I was pivotal in securing a lucrative business of supplying ABBOTT and Sysmex reagents to Ministry of Defence and National Referral Hospitals thru Microhaem Scientific (MHS). I apparently lead the marketing team at Vaccine Access Initiative in supplying diagnostic kits to medical facilities across the country Uganda. I manage the water laboratory at Ndejje University. I do all University medical teaching equipments and reagents. I also attracted attention of the US based organization (TAP) to benchmark and the capacity constructing regional laboratories in Uganda.
My career objective is to capitalize on my experience in managing sales and marketing teams, negotiating partnerships, and driving revenue growth to secure a senior position in a leading healthcare or life sciences company, focusing on diagnostics and reagent sales
