Thomas Aisu is a sales professional who holds a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Makerere University Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from Uganda Christian University. I have managed both development, introduction and growth volumes for new products in the various territories the most recent one being the introduction of a range OJ beer product from Belgium where I managed to achieve a record target of 24000ltrs in the first quarter in 2021(January to March). In my outstanding track record of accomplishments as a sales representative, I have participated in organizing the company’s promotion events in the Eastern Districts of Uganda, namely, Jinja, Iganga, Kamuli, Kaliro, Bugiri, Tororo, Malaba and Busia, Karamoja region and part of West Nile. Particularly, I have served as the in-charge promotions of the company’s products and company branding in these towns. The products I have dealt with in the promotion events are usually new innovations and challenging to sell. However, through appropriate strategies, I have in my recent endeavors, successfully launched a new company product – Chibuku lager, in the Eastern Districts of Uganda. The launch has seen the company develop and build 43% of the current 705-customer database in the region. Prior to it I had successfully introduced Castle milk stout beer and the company’s spirits brands to the Ugandan market. Through the various sales and promotion activities, I have assisted in the promotion of the image of the company to all stakeholders. Specifically, I have participated in the creation of networks and partnerships with key customers (distributors) as a promotional tool to create awareness, place the company and increase consequent sales. During the execution of my duties, I have gathered useful information from time to time about the competitive activity in the trade, provided regular updates to the company’s management on the status of promotion activities and any other relevant information to guide management decision-making process. My sound track record in service has earned me rewarding appraisals and salary increments.
