  • Ensuring quality management of bilateral development grants, annually valued at US$75M, aimed at supporting rehabilitation and development programs resulted in improvement of quality of life among vulnerable populations across 41 districts of Uganda.
  • The team-building skills exhibited during tenure of office, (2013-2015), resulted into increased child protection for over 1.3 million children and livelihood improvement for over 200,000 households across 41 districts of Uganda.
  • Through collaborative skill with development related institutions, 400 field staff in 41 districts were equipped with development facilitation and community engagement skills for sustainable achievement of Child Well Being Outcomes, a remarkable achievement in organization effectiveness.
