The objective of the project was to develop cheap, user-friendly software for load flow studies, and to extend it to have a fully fledged simulation software package. It was done using DIgSILENT PowerFactory and MATLAB

• Design and implementation of a scheduling system for the Faculty of Technology

The objective of the project was to write a program in C++ to help students identify what time a lecture is on, and in which room it will be conducted. The computer program was meant to create a database having the students’ registration numbers, courses, and all the lecture rooms so that any student could access it using their details

• Managed the inspection and maintenance of all plant electromechanical equipment in September 2023. Done with a team from Gugler Water turbines GmbH (Austria).

• Led the WENRECO team in interconnecting the national grid to the WENRECO mini-grid in August 2024. Done with the UETCL projects and protection teams
• Spearheaded the synchronization of Nyagak 1 HEPP to the national grid in February 2025, and this was a key milestone because the plant had operated in island mode since commissioning in 2012. Done with Masisha Automation solutions (South Africa).
• Managed Unit 1 turbine runner repairs in August 2025, both in Uganda and Nairobi, Kenya. Done with Nishati Link Ltd (K)
