  • Right from MoU signing to mobilization and sensitization of communities, I was able to set up youth learning groups that together with the Field Assistants we trained in various aspects
  • Accessibility to markets was a key aspect and this I did through private sector actor onboarding and linkages of learning groups to the actors achieving a high volume of results portrayed by improved incomes of more than 2000 participating youths.

  • I sanitized the farmers on collective marketing and trained collective marketing committees on marketing achieving a high volume of sales to output aggregators in northern Uganda.

  • I supported the groups in accessing asset and liability accounts with the bank by conducting financial literacy sessions and enabling proper records management.
