• Supervise ESP operations to ensure flawless job execution in ESP installation, ESP pullout/dismantle, cable splice, VSD installation, VSD troubleshooting, VSD startup and monitoring, and ESP service.

• Effectively reviewing ALS work procedures, checklists, JSA, and HARC
• Conducting toolbox meetings, HSE safety meetings, job briefs, & debriefs.

• Supervised ALS operation to ensure flawless execution of ESP installation, ESP pullout/dismantle, cable splice: vertical splice, lead & non-lead splice, Packer installation, Normal Shroud and inverter shroud installation and pullout
• Performed VSD installation & commissioning, troubleshooting, startup, and monitoring
• Prepared and ensured end-of-well reports properly done and closed out.
• Ensure standard work instructions (SWI) and checklists are followed
• Effectively review safety procedures, including JSA and HARC.
• Conducted toolbox meetings, HSE safety meetings, job briefs, & debriefs.

• Manage daily field operations and ensure monthly invoices are signed and submitted
• Manage ALS operation: ESP installation, ESP pullout/dismantling, cable splice, ESP service
• VSD Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and startup, ESP failure analysis and diagnosis
• Ensure all ALS standard work instruction, checklists, JSA and HARC are periodically reviewed with the team
• Conduct daily operation meetings, HSE safety meetings, job brief and debriefs.

• Provide technical advisory services on PV solar systems and solar-powered water pumping systems
• Design solar PV and solar water pumping systems according to client specification
• Train technicians on installation and maintenance and health, safety, and environment (HSE) for quality service delivery
• Prepare proposals and quotations for both PV solar and solar-powered water pumping systems.
