  • Held the responsibility of drafting/preparing and managing Over 809 Teaching Timetables for all Colleges and Schools, in addition to Continuous Assessment Tests and Final Examinations for different sessions.
  • In liaison with HoDs, Principals, and Deans, allocated the minimum and active 18 hours to teaching staff per semester/trimester.
  • In liaison with Heads of Departments (HoDs), Teaching and Learning Coordinators (TLCs), and Deans/Principals, significantly achieved the timely release of teaching timetables before the start of the semester/trimester for Day, Evening, Weekend, In-service, and Distance sessions.
  • Regularly and consistently updated and informed the students and lecturers about the load allocation and the necessary time frame to complete various academic activities throughout the semester.
  • Further, called up urgent meetings with non-compliant staff and strongly encouraged them to comply with the teaching and assessment timetables
