Accomplishments

In Acholi I innovated an automated the inventory management processes for directly managed commodities for VMMC, PrEP and STI treatments of KPs, Cervical cancer and GBV commodities. The automated inventory enabled traceability and ease of accounting for directly funded commodities.

With my direct support, the Acholi region was the pioneer USAID funded region that took on weekly tracker for ARVs, TB and HIV test kits (RASS) and was the first region in the country to have TB commodities reported into RASS. The RASS tool
has been very vital in tracking sites with stock gaps for immediate restocking either by redistribution or emergency ordering.

Steered team that that was able to achieve stock availability for ARVs from 40% (October 2018) to 100% by December 2021.

Actively participated in strengthening targeted HTS services to areas with likelihood of having most positive clients in the Acholi region, using DSD models as Assisted Partner Notification (APN), Targeted PITC that has enabled achieving
over 90% of HTS targets. Contributed to Acholi region success in keeping 93% of clients actively on Anti-retroviral treatment through District coordination strategies.

Steered project and district teams to achieve sustained 100% ordering reporting rate into the National Medical Stores online ordering platformed for the ordering cycles 1,2,3 of Financial Year 202 (in July, September, November 2022)

Exhibited highest level of team building that helped the Acholi region to be the first region in the country to have sustained completion rate for HMIS 105-6 (tracer commodities stock status report) of >95% for 3 consecutive months of August,
September, October 2022.

Region had sustained availability of ARVs, TB commodities, HIV test kits and reproductive health commodities due to multi-prolonged approaches of continuous capacity building, collaborative strategies with all key stakeholders, use of social media (WhatsApp) to improve coordination and instant 2way feedback, non-monetary rewards to best performance.
