§ Improving fleet cane transport efficiency by reducing downtime due to operator negligence, delayed maintenance, improving preventive maintenance, frequent on-road breakdowns, and monitoring the time cycle analysis of the fleet.
§ Using fleet management trucking software installed on the tractor, control diesel theft, fleet location, and operators' daily performance.
§ Follow the cane supply through the ERP system from the automatic weighbridge report.
§ Approval and monitoring of diesel for company tractors and trucks transporting based on the average km per liter consumption of each machine type calibrated.
§ Prepare an annual budget for the row material supply plan and activity mapping for the seasons based on the annual factory target plan for the year and company goals.
§ Coordinating with the staff’s field manager, field supervisor, operator, and turn man to properly implement the designed safety and environmental policies.
§ Checking the invoice and service provided to the clients.
