Human resource management and development

· Ensures new staff in the district/campus are properly oriented and job descriptions well explained

· Ensures administrative staff in the district have clear performance standards and are appraised as per the human resource policy

· Prepares a schedule of annual leave appropriately and ensures adequate security cover at all times

Liaises with the HR office to ensure regular updates on staff matters

Management of District/Campus procurement operations

· Ensures that all district/Campus procurement operations are carried out in accordance with the procurement plan

· Assists in sourcing for cost-effective supplies and services, locally

· Monitors the performance of all suppliers and service providers at the District/Campus

· Accurately processes purchase orders and agreements in order to ensure that bidding obligations exist with the vendor

· Ensures proper record keeping of district/campus level procurement files
