Database applications like SQL, MS Access, Epi info, Epidata, OpenMRS, and DHIS2, Google Forms, Spreadsheet applications Ms Excel and google sheets, Design, deployment and use Survey Mobile Data applications like Survey123, KoBo Collect, QDS, ODK, and CSPro. Visualisation and Data Analytics using Power BI and GIS. I have worked extensively with webased Databases like DHIS2, HIBRID,USAID DIS, PRS and FtFMS.
Job Purpose: The Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of the project’s monitoring, evaluation and learning agenda. He/she will ensure functionality of systems to measure and document program process, outputs, and impact results by routinely and systematically collecting and analyzing program data and presenting program results to project staff, district and central MOH teams and donors. · Coordinate and work with other project staff to manage a robust project M&E system.
· Planning and implementing Data Quality Assessment as a tool for improving data quality and understanding of indicators
· Participate in the continuous review of the project’s Activity Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan (AMELP);
· Take lead and participate in generating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports and ensure timely submission of the reports to the Donor.
· Ensure that Donor and project specific reporting platforms are updated on an ongoing basis, i.e., Project databases, HIBRID, PRS, Trainet, FTF, PRS and DIS.
· Working closely with the Database Manager participate in the management of project databases.
· Work with project, MOH and district teams, including District Biostatisticians, to jointly design, implement and monitor interventions to strengthen district HMIS systems
· Provide Technical Support the Districts Biostatisticians in managing COVID-19 Vaccination data during Pre and Post accelerated vaccination campaigns.
· Supervise and mentor MEL staff

· Built inhouse data quality data quality checks customized for RHITES-EC
· Within 6 months guided the field teams in improving data quality and RHIITES-EC was recognized in FY21 Q2 and Q3 for her performance in improvement of data Quality among all USAID Health implementing Partners.
· Took lead in clearing COVID-19 Vaccination data backlog clearance in the region by recruiting and training of Data Clerks for this purpose
I was hired as a Consultant by The Children of the Nile (TCON) during Identification, mapping and verification of Widows, Orphans and vulnerable children in preparation for distribution of benefits in Acholi, Lango and Bukedi sub region for FY2020 season

Job Purpose M&E Coordinator/Data Manager is the technical head of the data management unit with overall responsibility of spearheading the Monitoring and Evaluation activities of the project. As a specialist in M&E and Data Management issues, support, guide and provide technical expertise required to track deliverables through monthly outcome monitoring, Mini and Large scale surveys. The M&E Coordinator also provides the site with Statistical Data Analysis to monitor progress towards attainment of MDGs.
