- Developed a workplan tracker to help the Activity in monitoring the progress of field activities in the four regions on a quarterly basis
- Developed maps using QGIS to show the Activity’s areas of operation and indicator performance for Activity staff utilization to guide in allocation of resources, monitoring progress and provision of Activity support.
- Ensured proper storage of data both electronically and hardcopies, designed an inventory that allowed easy retrieval which led to easy access and utilization by the Activity staff.
- Provided support in analyzing Activity data collected for Activity indicators to report on quarterly performance of the Activity.
- Trained and provided technical support to data entrants on how to use the Activity MIS, data collection tools and the project objectives which ensured accuracy in data entry into the Activity MIS.
