• Produced the first two Statistical Abstracts for the Organization since its inception.
• Conducted a national client satisfaction survey (the first of a kind in Uganda)
• Conducted several research in the field of identification and Civil registration and vital statistics (e.g. Determinants of death registration uptake in Uganda).
• Prepared data collection tools for different research.

I developed and implemented the program monitoring and evaluation framework for the Orphans and Vulnerable Children, coordinated UNICEF-funded projects for the Ministry and acted as a link between UNICEF, the Ministry of Gender, the Ministry of Education, and other stakeholders, developed the national M&E framework for the national integrated early childhood development Programme, coordinated impact assessments and disseminated the findings to national and international stakeholders, developed reporting mechanisms that facilitated the acquisition and aggregation of information and data from District Local governments, prepared proposals and tender presentations for new projects and implementation plans, coordinated baseline and end line surveys, external reviews and evaluations of the National Integrated Early Childhood Development program funded by UNICEF and organized high level national and international workshops on behalf of UNICEF for the National Integrated Early Childhood Program

Developed tax models, tracked public reactions to tax amendments in the national budget FY 2014/15, Carried out research on market prices in respect to the different tax changes, kept track on the prevailing inflation rate due to changes in the taxation systems and analyzed the changes in consumption patterns as a result of the new tax amendments.

I designed data collection tools, successfully ensured data management and performed quality checks, and conducted regular validation of data through Routine Data Quality Assessments. Presented periodical performance reports as required by the organization at different regional, national, and international forums, took the lead in and assisted with the design and development of research and evaluation study designs, supervised field enumerators during data collection and entry, and periodically reviewed the Programme performance indicators and ensured that they meet all indicator quality requirements.
