  • The primary role played in this project as the education specialist was to design education strategic directions, advise the organization on quality of the education implementation and build capacities of government education staff and institutions’ leaders to adopt appropriate approaches towards realizing the strategic objectives
  • Developed the Secondary Education block grant strategy that enhanced the return of children who dropped out of secondary school back to school and to complete the lower secondary education cycle
