· Provide support to Programme partners,
· Monitor and Evaluate Programme activities to ensure quality of programming,
· Providing high quality financial management support to the partners, through reviewing BVA and auxiliaries.
· Manage WEP Programme closure processes, Administration and Knowledge Management.
· Produce activity, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual programme reports.
· Build the capacity of partners in the Violence Against women prevention programming.
Support in strengthening emergency response intervention and strengthen capacity of community structures in using SASA methodology in Emergency setting for Violence Prevention
· Provide support to Programme partners,

· Plan, implement, and monitor programme activities prepare and submit periodic reports that address community priority poverty issues in line with the LRP plans and CSP
· Support the institutional and programme capacity building initiatives of partners to implement Programme activities in line with the partnership MOU’s, LRP plans and the CSP
· Participate in the mobilization of resources to addressing existing funding gaps at the LRP
· Plan, Implement, evaluate and report on child sponsorship activities within the LRP in accordance to the sponsorship Policy and Communications Guidelines
· Promote AAU image and provide technical support to stakeholders in line with the Organizational mission vision and values
Mobilized and organized farmers into farmer groups and supported strengthen their capacity in financial literacy • Support 150 VSLAs to open bank accounts and provided them with ground nut value addition technologies this enhanced their productivity of farmer groups and increased their incomes. • Supported the Organization to develop gender policy and rolled it out amongst the staff. • Streamlined program implementation by design gender tools and disaggregating data. • Trained community groups on enterprise selection and management. • Contributed to fundraising of resources, for example the organization was able to win funding from abi-trust towards scaling up ground nut enterprises and production in Teso sub-region and build farmers capacity in Value chain development. • Rolled out the gender policy amongst community groups, this saw the increase in participation of women in farmer groups and taking up leadership position. • Reduced Gender violence amongst farmer groups, through awareness creation and inclusion of both sexes in farmer activities both men and women where able to work together and appreciate the need for shared decision making as couples. • Disaggregated data of participants to establish the level of participation of men and women, and young people among the farmer groups, this helped to mobilize more women and generate group guidelines that supported the involvement and inclusion of both females and males in group activities this enhanced group coherence.
