  • Support Officers on Electronic Government Procurement System (EGP). A system that is used for procurement and also support staff to submit their Performance plan, quarterly reviews on the Human Capital Management System (HCM) a system where government officials put there work plans and can also be assessed.
  • Support staff and partners remotely or on-site, to ensure efficient and use of ICT systems/applications
  • Add users, analyze and generate monthly reports from the clock in and out system
  • Renew access of staff who contracts have been renewed or those who have challenges with the biometrics system.
  • Respond to staff requests and inquiries regarding biometrics,clock in system and any other related issues.
  • Evaluate, daigonise, and resolve technical issues with computers,printers,phones for 15+ staff per day.
  • Test, configure, install, manage & update software/products
  • Communicate with our network providers to schedule appointments for complex network issues
  • Train users on new technologies and services.
