Main responsibilities included:

❖ Agronomy- Watering the seeds in the nursery, transplanting the seeds to the main field, weeding, pruning, application of fertilizers and manures, seed propagation, and harvesting

❖ Packaging of the produce for supply to the Watoto villages.

❖ Reporting all the daily activities done to the farm manager.

❖ Drawing of the daily work plan to aid in the daily running of the farm.

❖ Decision making especially in the daily running of the farm

Key achievements

⮚ I gained experience on the management of different crops grown in Lubbe Farm.

⮚ I also gained experience especially on how to come up with the daily work plan of the farm.

⮚ I also learnt how to deal with people of all kinds.
